Shipping Information

All orders are shipped via UPS. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO or FPO addresses. Shipping and handling charges are calculated on a per address basis. Addresses must be correct and current. The Toffee Box cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses.

Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped via 2-Day service. At this time we do not ship internationally.

If your toffee is a gift, please note the desired delivery date and we will make every effort to fulfill your request.

The Toffee Box makes each batch of toffee to order. The order may take 2-3 business days to process and prepare for shipment, longer during the holiday season.

Toffee is heat sensitive and we do not guarantee the toffee against melting. At The Toffee Box we take care to securely package and ship your order so that it arrives in the best possible condition. To ensure this, we do NOT ship on Fridays and we may choose NOT to ship on Thursdays. When shipping to warmer destinations and/or during the warm summer months UPS 2-Day or UPS Next Day Air is required as well as the addition of a cold pack. If your toffee does not arrive in acceptable condition please contact us immediately.
